By continuing to the checkout process, you agree to the following:

Intermountain Harley-Davidson does not own a Delivery Fleet. Ultimately you are responsible for the shipping method you select or fail to select in the next step of the ordering process. Intermountain Harley-Davidson is not responsible for the Policies or Actions of the 3rd party carriers or their employees. We will not issue credit for freight based on issues created by the carriers.

You will be given options from the 3 major freight carriers FedEx, UPS, and USPS during the checkout process that you will need to select from. Please select your shipping method carefully. The ordering system will select the least expensive method for you, however, this may not be the best option for you. Bulky items such as engine guards, exhaust, handlebars, and seats will not fit in a mailbox. If USPS is selected for oversized items, you will be responsible for any additional oversize freight charges. Intermountain Harley-Davidson reserves the right to change carriers as necessary to stay within the fees paid without notification. Keep in mind the delivery times listed by the carriers are their estimated In-Transit time and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Additionally, Intermountain Harley-Davidson is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen packages, and the carrier's liability is limited to $100.00, therefore All orders over $175.00 will be sent signature required. You will be Emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please have your expensive items shipped to an address where they can be signed for or accepted in person whenever possible. If you have specific delivery instructions, you will need to contact the carriers directly with them. In the case of issues with the freight carriers, please contact them first as they are your best resource to resolve the issue quickly. If the carriers are unable to resolve your concern, contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf. However, the carrier's decisions and dispositions are Final.
