Has my order shipped?

After submitting your order you should receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Shortly after this you should receive another email indicating that your order has been shipped. If there are complications with your order or we are not able to complete your transaction, we will contact you.

How do backorder dates work?

When Harley-Davidson products are on backorder, we are given an estimated lead time that we list on our website. However, that lead time is not guaranteed, and is subject to change by Harley-Davidson. If you order a product that is not listed as backordered on our website, but we are not able to order it, we will notify you of the delay.

Are backorder dates guaranteed?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Cart" button at the top right corner of our website. Here you can change quantities of items or remove items from your order.

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

You should have received an email confirming that your order has been received, followed by another email indicating that your order has shipped. If there are problems with your order or method of payment, we will contact you. If your order still has not arrived and you received a shipment email, please contact us to assist you.

An item is missing from my shipment.

You should have received a shipment confirmation email to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the Account button at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your information on the right side of the screen.
  3. Click "Create"

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the Account button at the top right corner of our website. Log in to your account using the fields on the left side of the screen. Click "View Addresses" and you can change your account info here. If you have not ordered anything yet, then you may not have any addresses with us. In this case, simply edit your account info when filling out your billing and shipping details. After you complete your order you should be able to edit your information after viewing your addresses.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the Account button at the top right hand side of our website. Under the fields on the left side of the screen, you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". Click that link, then enter your Email address into the Email field and click "Submit". You should receive an Email with instructions on resetting your password.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?
